RED DAY

Each year on the second Thursday of May, all KW Market Centers  celebrate RED Day as an annual day of giving and part of our legacy worth leaving. 

How does it work?

• When deals close, KW associates who haven’t yet met their cap pay company dollar to the market center. The market center uses this money to pay operating expenses and what’s left over is profit! Unlike with other companies, a portion of that profit is shared back with the associates who helped the company grow by bringing on productive agents

• Associates of KW Chico Area Market Center and their spouse/domestic partner, parents, children and siblings or other members of their household, faced with financial hardship due to unexpected major emergencies, are eligible to apply for KW Heart-to-Heart grants. Grants will be considered regardless of the individual’s participation in donating to the fund. Grants are designed to cover actual, not anticipated, expenses.

•  KW Cares grants provide a level of aid to KW associates and their families experiencing difficulty from a sudden emergency.
